AER was established in 2022, by Michael Bauer and Alec Solimeo with local elders Catherine Hunziker and Chris Calvert as strategic advisors. We are a group of local agroecologists, systems engineers, landowners and earth warriors whose primary focus is developing regenerative projects for small to medium-acreage holdings. These projects center agroecological systems of agroforestry with crop and livestock production to benefit the local ecosystem, community, farm and ranch.
